Cholesterol Control Meal Plans
Controlling cholesterol involves a lot of aspects, including diet. Perhaps the first place to start is by removing hydrogenated oils from the diet. This alone will help decrease the bad LDL cholesterol. Also, choose healthy monounsaturated fats and omega 3 fatty acids to be the main sources of fat in your diet. Finally, don't feel like - just because they're healthy fats - you can eat as much as you want. Even healthy fats can be over-consumed so focus on eating in control.
